A succinct description of the project

Background:

Queen’s University was one of the only two Canadian Universities selected to participate in the SAE AutoDrive Challenge organized by SAE International and General Motors, to develop and demonstrate an autonomous passenger vehicle capable of navigating an urban driving course in an automated mode as described by SAE Standard (J3016) level 4 definition. Participating universities include University of Toronto, Texas A&M University, Ohio State University, and Virginia Tech etc.
